摘  要:[目的]为了有效提高舰船红外隐身能力,需降低舰船燃气轮机排气系统在3~5μm波段内的红外辐射特征。[方法]通过实验测量舰船燃气轮机排气系统在3~5μm波段内的红外辐射特征分布,对比分析喷水冷却、导流锥以及引射套筒对排气系统红外辐射强度的影响规律。[结果]实验结果表明:相较于基准导流锥排气引射模型,在喷水冷却条件下,舰船燃气轮机排气系统在0°,45°,90°方位角下的辐射强度分别下降了32.4%,21.9%,61.5%;未采用导流锥时,90°方位角下的辐射强度下降了40.1%;去除引射套筒之后,0°方位角下的辐射强度下降了29.5%,即喷水冷却可以较明显地抑制排气系统在大角度和小角度下的3~5μm波段内的红外辐射特征。[结论]研究成果可为舰船红外隐身设计提供参考。[Objective]In order to effectively improve the infrared stealth capability of ships,it is necessary to reduce the infrared radiation characteristics of the ship gas turbine exhaust system within the band of 3–5μm.[Methods]Experiments are carried out to measure the infrared radiation characteristic distribution of a ship gas turbine exhaust system within the band of 3μm to 5μm,and the influence of the deflection cone,ejector sleeve and spray cooling on the infrared radiation intensity of the exhaust system are then compared and analyzed.[Results]When compared to a standard deflection cone exhaust injection model,the infrared radiation intensity of the ship gas turbine exhaust system decreases by 32.4%,21.9%and 61.5%at azimuth angles of 0°,45°and 90°respectively under spray cooling conditions.Without using the deflection cone,there is a decrease in radiation intensity by approximately 40.1%at an azimuth angle of 90°.The removal of the ejector sleeve effectively suppresses infrared radiation,with a decrease in radiation intensity of 29.5%at an azimuth angle of 0°,indicating that spray cooling significantly inhibits infrared radiation characteristics within the band of 3μm to 5μm at both large and small angles.[Conclusion]The results of this study can provide valuable references for ship infrared stealth design.
