摘 要:在应对全球气候变化和对温室气体日益关注的背景下,温室气体排放核算(也称碳核算)已成为量化这类气体排放量的重要工具。文章以北京市怀柔区为研究对象,深入分析和探讨了温室气体排放清单的特征。同时,采用LMDI分解法探讨了能源领域碳排放变化的主要驱动因素,并对清单结果进行了不确定性分析。结果表明:在北京是怀柔区,能源活动和电力排放是排放构成的主要部分;2015—2019年,总排放年均下降6.38%,碳吸收量年均增长10.22%,人均碳排放、单位土地面积排放、单位GDP排放均呈下降趋势;能源活动碳排放主要驱动因素为单位GDP能源强度和人均GDP。该研究结果为该区制定有效的气候变化应对策略和政策提供了科学依据。In the context of global climate change issues and the increasing focus on greenhouse gases,greenhouse gas emission accounting,also known as carbon accounting,has emerged as a vital tool for quantifying emissions of such gases.Taking Huairou District of Beijing as the research object,the characteristics of greenhouse gas emission inventory were deeply analyzed.Simultaneously,the main driving factors of carbon emission change in energy sector were discussed by using LMDI decomposition method,and the uncertainty analysis of inventory results was carried out.The results showed that in Huairou District of Beijing,energy activities and electric power emissions were the main components of emissions.From 2015 to 2019,total emissions experienced an annual average decrease of 6.38%,while carbon absorption demonstrated an annual average increase of 10.22%.Per capita carbon emissions,emissions per unit of land area,and emissions per unit of GDP all exhibited a declining trend.The primary causal factors behind carbon emissions from energy activities were identified as per unit GDP energy intensity and per capita GDP.The results of this study provided a scientific basis for the formulation of effective climate change strategies and policies in the region.
