摘  要:建立离子色谱法同时测定富硒矿泉水中F^(-)、BrO_(3)^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、SeO_(3)^(2-)、SeO_(4)^(2-)7种无机阴离子的方法。采用Metrosep A Supp 5-250/4.0型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,样品过0.22μm水系滤膜后直接测定,以3.2 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)+1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3溶液为淋洗液,以0.7 mL/min流量等度洗脱分离,再通过抑制电导检测,7种无机阴离子分别在0.025~0.500 mg/L和0.05~1.00 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.0012~0.0052 mg/L,样品加标回收率为90.9%~107.0%,6次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6)。该方法检出限低,简便快速,可用于富硒矿泉水及其它饮用水中多种阴离子的同时监测。The method was established for the simultaneous determination of F^(-)、BrO_(3)^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、SeO_(3)^(2-)、SeO_(4)^(2-)in selenium rich mineral water by ion chromatography.Metrosep A Supp 5-250/4.0 anion exchange chromatography column was used as the analytical column,the sample can be determined after through 0.22μm water filtration membrane,3.2 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)-1.0 mmol/L NaHCO_(3) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,then by inhibitory conductance detection,the seven kinds of inorganic anions were linearly related in the mass concentration range of 0.025-0.500 mg/L and 0.05-1.00 mg/L,respectively,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999,and the detection limits of the method were 0.0012-0.0052 mg/L.The standard addition recoveries were 90.9%-107.0%.The relative standard deviations of the measurement results were less than 10%(n=6).The method has low detection limit,simplicity and speed,it can be used for the simultaneous determination of various anions in selenium rich mineral water and other drinking water.
