摘 要:某多层综合服务楼,采用钢框架-支撑-长悬挑结构。结构多处二层柱子间断,造成三层楼面存在大悬挑结构和大跨度结构,楼板开洞面积大,有效楼板宽度过小,虽为多层建筑,但存在多项抗震不利项。通过合理的桁架布置,利用多榀桁架共同受力,优化荷载传递途径,解决了大范围悬挑区域的竖向变形及承载力问题,通过楼盖舒适度分析验证大悬挑结构和大跨度连廊结构的竖向振动峰值加速度。结合结构特点和难点,进行了弹性时程分析、弹塑性分析、抗震性能化设计、大悬挑桁架根部钢支撑的屈曲分析以及抗连续倒塌计算、多尺度节点应力分析以及复杂楼板应力分析,通过多项的计算分析和加强措施,确保长悬挑桁架结构具有可靠的抗震性能。This study examines the steel structure design of a multi-story comprehensive service building employing a steel frame-brace-long cantilever system.The structure features multiple interruptions in second-story columns,resulting in large cantilever and long-span structures on the third floor,reduced effective floor width due to significant floor openings,and various seismic vulnerabilities despite being a multi-story building,By employing a rational truss.layout and leveraging the combined strength of multiple trusses,the design optimizes load transmission paths,resolving issues related to vertical deformation and load-bearing capacity in extensive cantilevered areas.Vertical vibration peak acceleration in large cantilever and long-span corridor structures was validated through floor comfort analysis.The design incorporates elastic time-history analysis,elasto-plastic analysis,seismic performance-based design,buckling analysis of steel supports at the roots of large cantilever trusses,anti-progressive collapse calculations,multi-scale joint stress analysis,and complex floor stress analysis:These calculations and reinforcement measures ensure the long cantilever truss system achieves reliable seismic performance.
