摘 要:为提升储能参与电网调频的性能,通过对光储电站内储能的特性进行测试和研究。设计AGC动态变化指令,分别在阶跃扰动和连续扰动工况下,对储能系统调节速度、调节精度和响应时间等指标进行观测。更进一步地构建储能AGC调频效果的综合评价方法,以评估储能系统在设定不同调节速率下的响应时间、稳定性和效率。实验结果表明,在负荷快速变换条件下,部分储能调频指标超过标准界限,且不同功率调节速率对储能调频性能也有一定影响。最后,运用层析分析法,选出调频性能优越且合理的功率调节速率,为后期储能参与光储联合调频奠定基础和积累技术经验。In order to improve the performance of energy storage participating in power grid frequency modulation,the characteristics of energy storage in optical storage power station are tested and studied.The AGC dynamic change command is designed to observe the adjustment speed,adjustment accuracy and response time of the energy storage system under the condition of step disturbance and continuous disturbance respectively.Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation method of the frequency modulation effect of energy storage AGC is constructed to evaluate the response time,stability and efficiency of the energy storage system under different adjustment rates.The experimental results show that under the condition of fast load change,some frequency modulation indexes of energy storage exceed the standard limit,and different power regulation rates also have certain effects on the frequency modulation performance of energy storage.Finally,by using chromatographic analysis,the power adjustment rate with superior frequency modulation performance is selected,which lays a foundation and accumulates technical experience for energy storage to participate in optical storage combined frequency modulation in the later stage.
