摘 要:为了分析研究抽水蓄能电站工程地震次生灾害对枢纽建筑物、机电设备以及人员等的影响,结合抽水蓄能电站典型工程建筑物枢纽布置方案、工程区地震地质条件、以往受震工程实例,对抽水蓄能电站工程地震直接灾害和次生灾害进行辨识和分析,并根据分析结果总结抽水蓄能电站工程抗震安全薄弱部位,提出针对地震次生灾害的预防预警措施以及应急处置措施。研究成果可为抽水蓄能电站工程防震抗震设计、地震灾害预防预警以及事故应急预案的制定提供理论依据。In order to analyze and study the influence of earthquake secondary disasters of pumped storage power station engineering on the hub buildings,mechanical and electrical equipment and personnel,the direct and secondary earthquake disasters of pumped storage power station engineering are identified and analyzed in combination with the hub layout scheme of typical engineering buildings of pumped storage power station,the seismic and geological conditions of the project area,and the examples of past seismic projects.According to the analysis results,this paper summarizes the weak parts of seismic safety of pumped storage power station,and the prevention and early warning measures and emergency disposal measures for the secondary earthquake disasters.The research results can provide theoretical basis for earthquake prevention and earthquake design of pumped storage power station projects,earthquake disaster prevention and early warning,and the formulation of accident emergency plans.
