摘 要:面对复杂多变的自然环境和日益增长的防洪需求,宁夏清水河流域的水库系统面临着防洪供水及灌溉等多重挑战。为了有效应对这些挑战并优化资源配置,该文构建一个多目标优化模型,旨在分析并平衡不同目标间的冲突,特别是在防洪与灌溉之间的权衡。模型被应用于清水河流域的多水库系统,该系统包含多个重要水库,共同服务于区域防洪、灌溉及电力生产等多元需求。通过模拟不同风暴洪水事件,并将其用于优化模型。结果表明,不同的水库用途之间存在显著的权衡关系,并表明考虑此类冲突对于提升系统整体效能具有重要意义。Faced with the complex and ever-changing natural environment and growing flood control needs,the reservoir system in the Qingshui River Basin in Ningxia is facing multiple challenges such as flood control,water supply and irrigation.In order to effectively address these challenges and optimize resource allocation,this paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model to analyze and balance conflicts between different goals,especially the trade-off between flood control and irrigation.The model was applied to a multi-reservoir system in the Qingshui River Basin,which includes multiple important reservoirs that jointly serve diverse needs such as regional flood control,irrigation and power production.By simulating different storm and flood events and using them to optimize the model,the results show that there are significant trade-offs between different reservoir uses,and that considering such conflicts is of great significance to improve the overall efficiency of the system.
