摘  要:为实现机械设备运行状态的实时监测和故障预警,设计基于ZigBee短距离无线通信技术的机械设备状态监测系统。该系统通过数据采集模块获取机械设备的电流、振动、温度等状态信号,经ZigBee无线模块的终端节点和协调器节点将信号上传至上位机监控中心。为了提高信号质量,设计信号调理电路进行A/D转换、滤波、放大。最终在液晶显示器上实时、直观地呈现监测结果,对提升机械设备管理效率和延长机械设备使用寿命有积极帮助。In order to realize real-time monitoring and fault warning of mechanical equipment operating status,a mechanical equipment status monitoring system based on ZigBee short-range wireless communication technology is designed.The system obtains status signals such as current,vibration,and temperature of mechanical equipment through the data acquisition module,and uploads the signals to the upper computer monitoring center through the terminal node and coordinator node of the ZigBee wireless module.In order to improve signal quality,a signal conditioning circuit is designed for A/D conversion,filtering,and amplification.Finally,the monitoring results are displayed in real time and intuitively on the LCD display,which is positive for improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment management and extending the service life of mechanical equipment.
