电能计量在线监测模型设计探索

摘  要:为准确实时定位计量故障,保障电网安全运行,提升经济效益和社会效益。通过分析电能计量装置管理需求,设计电能计量在线监测设计方案,搭建以异常信息生成模块、消缺模块及专项分析模块为主体的电能计量装置在线监测模型。建立分钟级海量采集数据的计量异常实时研判体系,并分析异常消缺的历史数据,评价研判结果,促进规则模型持续优化。结果表明,异常研判更加及时准确,说明建立合理的模型,通过分析海量数据,现场反馈信息等,可以精确定位故障,满足电能计量装置在线监测的功能需求。In order to accurately locate measurement faults in real time,ensure safe operation of the power grid,and improve economic and social benefits.By analyzing the management needs of electric energy metering devices,a design plan for online monitoring of electric energy metering is designed,and an online monitoring model for electric energy metering devices is built with an exception information generation module,a defect elimination module and a special analysis module as the main body.A real-time research and judgment system for measurement anomalies has been established that collects massive data at the minute level,analyzes historical data of abnormal elimination,evaluates the research and judgment results,and promotes continuous optimization of rule models.The results show that the abnormal research and judgment is more timely and accurate.It is shown that establishing a reasonable model,analyzing massive data,on-site feedback information,etc.,can accurately locate faults and meet the functional requirements of online monitoring of electrical energy metering devices.
