摘 要:综合医院在体量及特点上,与其他类型建筑不尽相同,为研究综合医院的给水排水工程在施工过程中的优化,以BIM技术为基础,建立综合医院给水排水专业三维模型,对模型拆分并深化为设备、管道及管道末端三大管理流程模块,进而细化为10个BIM应用优化要点,并通过专项模型分解法、专业模型合并法及现行技术标准研究进行优化。每个流程模块经过优化后,形成相应的优化模型,即设备模型、管道模型及管道末端模型,基于模型与现场相一致的原则,实现综合医院给水排水工程项目的施工优化的闭环管理,提高项目整体建造效率,整理为一套标准化BIM应用优化资料,同时为类似的工程项目提供借鉴。The general hospital is different from other types of buildings in terms of size and characteristics.In order to study the optimization of the water supply and drainage engineering of the general hospital during the construction process,based on BIM technology,a three-dimensional model of the water supply and drainage department of the general hospital was established,and the model was divided and deepened into three major management process modules of equipment,pipelines and pipeline ends,and then refined into 10 BIM application optimization points,which were optimized through special model decomposition method,professional model merger method and current technical standard research.After each process module is optimized,corresponding optimization models are formed,namely equipment models,pipe models and pipe end models.Based on the principle of consistency between models and sites,closed-loop management of construction optimization of general hospital water supply and drainage engineering projects is realized and improved.The overall construction efficiency of the project is compiled into a set of standardized BIM application optimization data,and at the same time provides reference for similar engineering projects.
