超宽幅空心板梁桥整体大高度顶升施工技术分析

摘  要:与桥梁上部结构拆除重建方案相比,顶升施工技术具有施工快捷、交通影响小、经济环保等优势,已逐步成为桥梁抬升改造方式之一。该文以某超宽幅空心板梁三跨一联简支“假连续”桥整体大高度顶升施工为背景,详细剖析该桥的施工重、难点及施工方案设计,并采用迈达斯软件分析不同同步顶升差值工况下的空心板梁应力值,数值分析表明,简支“假连续”结构体系,顶升施工过程最薄弱梁段处于“连续端”处;同步顶升施工允许偏差值受“连续端”板梁混凝土抗拉强度值控制;较简支端顶升偏差值相比,“连续端”处对板梁拉应力影响更敏感,建议简支端与连续端同步顶升偏差值分别宜控制在10、6 mm内。该研究可为同类结构体系顶升施工提供借鉴。Compared with the bridge superstructure demolition and reconstruction plan,jacking construction technology has the advantages of fast construction,small traffic impact,economy and environmental protection,and has gradually become one of the bridge lifting and reconstruction methods.Based on the overall large-height jacking construction of an ultra-wide hollow slab beam three-span and one-link simply supported"pseudo-continuous"bridge,this paper analyzes in detail the construction priorities,difficulties and construction scheme design of the bridge,and uses Midas software to analyze the stress values of hollow slab beams under different synchronous jacking differences.The numerical analysis shows that:In the simply supported"pseudo-continuous"structural system,the weakest beam section during jacking construction is at the"continuous end";The allowable deviation value of synchronous jacking construction is controlled by the tensile strength value of the concrete of the plate beam at the"continuous end";Compared with the jacking deviation value of the simply supported end,the"continuous end"is more sensitive to the influence of the tensile stress of the plate beam.It is recommended that the synchronous jacking deviation value of the simple supported end and the continuous end should be controlled within the range of 10 and 6 mm.This study can provide reference for jacking construction of similar structural systems.
