摘 要:在稳态法测量非良导体热导率的实验中,分析了加热盘温度分布的不均匀性及其对实验结果的影响.待测样品的热量流入面与热量流出面的温度都不均匀,因此不能简单用某个位置的温差值来计算结果.本文建立了简单模型来描述加热盘中心区温差与边缘区温差的关系,并由此导出了有效的修正计算公式.In the experiment of measuring the thermal conductivity of non-good conductor by steady-state method,the non-uniformity of the temperature distribution of heating disc and its influence on the experimental results were analyzed.The temperature of the two ends of the sample to be measured was not uniform,so the temperature difference value at a certain position could not be simply used to calculate the result.A simplified model was established to describe the relationship between the temperature difference in the central zone and the temperature difference in the edge zone of the heating disk,and an effective correction formula was derived from it.
