摘  要:为了探索影响煤泥浮选效果因素的主次关系及最佳浮选参数组合,以邢台矿入浮煤泥为试验对象,选取叶轮转速、充气量、入料浓度、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量五因素,采用Central composite Design(CCD)中心复合设计进行五因素五水平试验,建立以精煤灰分、精煤产率、尾矿灰分为响应值的多元回归模型,并通过对模型分析、优化,了解了各因素及因素之间的交互作用对煤泥浮选效果的影响,得到了针对试验煤泥的最佳浮选参数组合:叶轮转速为2310 r/min,充气量为0.38 m^(3)/h,入料浓度为70.69 g/L,捕收剂用量为448.21 g/t,起泡剂用量为93.21 g/t。In order to explore the interrelation of the primary and secondary factors and the optimum combination of operating parameters that influence the effects of slime flotation,the flotation feed of Xingtai Mine Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the object for case study,and tests are conducted on the levels of five selected factors of impeller speed,aeration quantity,feed concentration,dosage of collector and dosage of forther,using the Central Composite Design software(CCD).Meanwhile,the multi-element regression model is constructed with the ash and yield of flotation concentrate and ash of tailing as response values.Study results show that through analysis and optimization with the model,the effects on the performance of the flotation process produced by various factors and their interaction have been brought to light,and the optimum operating parameters of impeller speed,aeration quantity,feed concentration,dosage of collector and dosage of frother which are fit for flotation of the slime under test are 2310 r/min,0.38 m^(3)/h,70.69 g/L,448.21 g/t,93.21 g/t,respectively.
