云南建水紫陶原料及工艺性能研究

摘　　要：云南建水紫陶产于中国云南省红河州建水县,以填刻和无釉磨光为其显著工艺特征。其传统原料取自建水县碗窑村,以白色粘土、青色粘土、黄色粘土、五色粘土和紫色粘土为主。云南建水紫陶文化及艺术属性的研究较多,但原料研究较少,行业仍然缺乏原料特性的科学数据。本文以建水紫陶原料作为研究对象,对原料的矿物组成、化学组成、颗粒组成及工艺性能进行系统研究,进而为未来开发系列云南建水紫陶产品提供依据。Yunnan jianshui purple pottery in Jianshui,Yunnan Province,China,is characterized by its carving and unglazed polishing techniques.Its traditional raw materials are mainly white clay,cyan clay,yellow clay,five-color clay,and purple clay from Wanyao Village in Jianshui County.While there have been many studies on the cultural and artistic attributes of Jianshui purple pottery,there have been few studies on its raw materials,and the industry still lacks scientific data on the characteristics of these materials.This paper takes the raw materials of Jianshui purple pottery as the research object,conducts a systematic study on the mineral composition,chemical composition,particle composition,and technological properties of the raw materials,and provides a basis for the future development of a series of Jianshui purple pottery.
