摘 要:为了考察进水碳/氮(C/N)对颗粒污泥反应器的启动及污染物去除特征的影响,以絮状污泥为接种物,在中温条件下构建了小试规模的厌氧/好氧颗粒污泥反应器,研究了不同进水C/N(5/1~11/1)对GS的形成特征及污染物去除规律的影响,分析了GS胞内聚合物含量对进水C/N的响应特征。结果表明高C/N易导致污泥体积指数(SVI)升高,泥水分离效果差,GS不易形成,而当C/N为9/1时,污泥悬浮固体(TSS)浓度为5.15~5.31g/L,沉降性能良好,SVI低至62.6~65.8mL/g。C/N提高增加了胞外聚合物(EPS)含量,并且当C/N为11/1时,EPS最大值为58.6mg/g,C/N提高了EPS内多糖的含量。C/N还影响GS对COD、TN和TP的去除规律,当C/N为9/1,TN、TP和COD的去除效率分别高达74.5%~78.6%,81.6%~83.5%和91.5%~93.5%,均高于其他阶段。C/N能影响聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的合成但对糖原质含量影响不明显。本结果对GS处理不同进水C/N的污水提供了一定的数据支撑与理论依据。To investigate the impact of influent carbon-to-nitrogen(C/N)ratios on the start-up of granular sludge reactors and the characteristics of pollutant removal,a small-scale anaerobic/aerobic granular sludge reactor was constructed under mesophilic conditions using flocculated sludge as the inoculum.In the study,the effects of different influent C/N ratios(from 5/1 to 11/1)on the formation characteristics of GS and the patterns of pollutant removal were examined.Additionally,the response characteristics of intracellular polymer content in granular sludge to the influent C/N ratio were analyzed.The results showed that high C/N was prone to cause the increase of sludge volume index(SVI),poor sludge water separation effect and difficult formation of granular sludge.When C/N was 9/1,the concentration of sludge suspended solid(TSS)was 5.15~5.31 g/L,the sedimentation performance was good,and SVI was as low as 62.6~65.8 mL/g.C/N increased the content of extracellular polymer(EPS),and when C/N was 11/1,the maximum value of EPS was 58.6 mg/g.C/N increased the content of polysaccharide in EPS.C/N also affected the removal law of COD,TN and TP by GS.When C/N was 9/1,the removal efficiencies of TN,TP and COD were 74.5%~78.6%,81.6%~83.5%and 91.5%~93.5%,respectively,which were higher than those in other stages.C/N can affect the synthesis of PHA,but has no obvious effect on the content of glycogen.The results provide data support and theoretical basis for GS treatment of wastewater with different influent C/N.
