互联网时代大学生思想政治教育机制创新与构建路径

摘　　要：网络时代大学生的思想行为特质呈现出政治意识较强,参与能力有待提高;网络虚拟思维较强,现实实践能力有待提高;个性创新能力较强,团队合作意识有待提高三大特点。因此,新时代网络思想政治教育应充分运用互联网视阈下多边互动,师生平等的新型师生关系的塑造;多元开放,资源丰富新平台的建构和灵活快捷,自主高效新手段的运用三大优势,基于理论和实践,构建线上、线下思政课堂机制;关注学生和教师,构建主导主动,双向互动的师生教学机制;注重管理与服务,构建健康完善,正向引导的网络平台机制等三大网络思想政治教育机制,助力新时代大学生思想政治教育实效性的提高。The ideological and behavioral characteristics of college students in the network era show three characteristics:strong political awareness,participation ability to be improved,strong virtual thinking in the network,real practice ability to be improved,strong personality innovation ability,and team cooperation awareness to be improved.Therefore,the network ideological and political education in the new era should make full use of the three advantages of multilateral interaction under the Internet vision,the shaping of a new type of teacher-student relationship with equality between teachers and students,diversification and openness,the construction of a new platform with rich resources and flexibility,and the use of independent,efficient and new means to actively build an online and offline ideological and political classroom mechanism based on theory and practice,pay attention to students and teachers,and build a leading,active,two-way interactive teacher-student teaching mechanism,three major online ideological and political education mechanisms,including focusing on management and service,building a healthy and perfect network platform mechanism with positive guidance,help improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students in the new era.
