摘　　要：我国已经进入老龄社会,很多低龄老年人期待老有所为,可以继续为社会服务。文章通过对S社区老年人参与志愿服务的个案研究,分析了合肥市S社区老年人参与志愿服务的基本情况、动机、遇到的困难,并对完善老年人参与社区志愿服务提出对策建议,主要包括健全激励机制、提供资金支持、制定法律法规及加强舆论宣传。China has entered into an aged society.Many young elderly people are looking forward to accomplish something and continue to serve the society.Through a case study on the participation of the elderly people’s voluntary service in S community,the article analyzes the basic situation,motivation and difficulties of the old-man voluntary service.The article also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of the elderly people in community voluntary service,including improving the incentive mechanism,providing financial support,formulating legal policies and strengthening social media publicity.
