摘  要:汽轮发电机基础物理模型试验的振动响应测量结果普遍小于数值模拟分析结果。为了分析导致物理模型与数值模拟差异的原因,提高两种模型预测振动响应的精确度和可靠性,对多个二次再热汽轮发电机基础的物理模型试验结果和数值模拟分析结果进行对比研究,从振动评价体系、阻尼模型的选择、数值分析方法的选取等方面分析导致两种模型差异的原因,并提出改进两种模型精确度的建议。The vibration response measurement results of the physical model test for turbo-generators are generally smaller than those obtained from numerical simulation analysis.To analyze the reasons for the discrepancy between the physical and numerical models,improve the accuracy and reliability of their predictions of vibration responses,this paper conducts a comparative study of the physical model test results and numerical simulation analysis results for multiple double-reheat turbo-generator foundations.The vibration evaluation system,damping model selection and the choice of numerical analysis methods are analyzed to obtain the causes of the discrepancies between the two models and propose suggestions for improving the accuracy of both models.
