摘  要:化工园区作为重大危险源的集中地,其安全生产事关重大,关系到广泛的社会公共安全。本文针对化工园区安全事件的实时监控与智能预警关键技术进行研究,提出了一套基于现代信息技术的监控预警解决方案。文章首先分析了化工园区安全事件的类型及其影响因素,然后深入探讨了实时监控系统的架构设计与关键技术,接着对智能预警技术的系统构架和预警模型进行了详细阐述。在此基础上,文章实现了监控与预警系统的有效集成,并通过应用实践验证了系统的实效性和创新点。研究表明,该监控预警系统能够有效提升化工园区安全管理的智能化水平,为预防和减少安全事故提供了有力支持。Chemical park as a concentration of major hazards,its safety in production is of great importance,related to a wide range of social and public safety.This paper studies the key technologies of real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning of safety events in chemical park,and puts forward a set of monitoring and early warning solution based on modern information technology.This paper first analyzes the types and influencing factors of safety events in chemical park,then deeply discusses the architecture design and key technologies of real-time monitoring system,and then describes the system architecture and early warning model of intelligent early warning technology in detail.On this basis,the paper realizes the effective integration of monitoring and early warning system,and verifies the effectiveness and innovation of the system through application practice.The research shows that the monitoring and early warning system can effectively improve the intelligent level of safety management in chemical park and provide strong support for preventing and reducing safety accidents.
