摘  要:钢波纹板通道具有良好的受力特性,能够很大程度上缓解因为荷载而引起的应力集中问题,更好地满足大跨径双孔箱型拱式桥梁结构的要求。而且此项技术施工工期短,造价低,被广泛应用在桥梁工程施工中。但目前钢波纹板通道应用和研究多以小跨径为主,难以满足日益增大的钢波纹板通道跨径需求,为充分发挥此项技术优势,促使钢波纹板通道能够更加安全、经济地被应用到大跨径双孔箱型拱式桥梁施工中,迫切需要对钢波纹板通道施工过程的注意事项、工艺、要点以及重难点和解决方法进行研究,以便为钢波纹板通道的设计、施工提供参考和借鉴。Steel corrugated plate channels have good stress characteristics,which can greatly alleviate the stress concentration problem caused by loads and better meet the requirements of large-span double hole box arch bridge structures.Moreover,this technology has a short construction period and low cost,and is widely used in bridge engineering construction.However,at present,the application and research of steel corrugated plate channels mainly focus on small spans,which is difficult to meet the increasing demand for steel corrugated plate channels.In order to fully leverage the advantages of this technology and promote the safer and more economical application of steel corrugated plate channels in the construction of large-span double hole box arch bridges,it is urgent to study the precautions,processes,key points,key difficulties,and solutions during the construction process of steel corrugated plate channels,in order to provide reference and reference for the design and construction of steel corrugated plate channels.
