摘 要:某核电站在海水淡化系统二级淡水箱内部防腐涂装施工过程中,出现了金属基体快速返锈表面泛黄、油漆喷涂后凝结颗粒状漆粒等问题。根据现场记录文件及监督人员反馈,分析认为储罐内部环境湿度高,通风不良粉尘大是造成快速返锈及麻点形成的主要原因。根据分析在后续施工过程中增加了内部通风、除尘设施后等改进提升措施后,经验证效果良好。During the construction of anticorrosive coating for the internal of a secondary freshwater tank in a nuclear power plant,there were problems such as rapid surface yellowing of rust on the metal substrate,grainy paint particles forming after spraying.Based on record files and feedback from supervisory personnel,the results showed that the high humidity and poor ventilation inside the storage tank,as well as high dust,were the main reasons for rapid rusting and pitting formation.According to the analysis,the improvement measures such as adding internal ventilation and dust removal facilities in the subsequent construction process have been verified to be effective.
