摘 要:第三方损害及防腐层破损引起的腐蚀缺陷是威胁在役输油管道管道安全运行的主要风险因素。由于玻璃纤维复合材料具有具有比强度、比模量高、粘接性能好,施工过程无明火操作,安全、高效快捷、无需停输等工艺特点,已经在油气管道维护和大修中得到应用。本文主要从玻璃纤维补强技术的修复原理和具体应用优势入手,阐述了玻璃纤维补强修复技术的基本原理以及补强层的主要组成、和施工要点。同时还针对玻璃纤维复合材料补强技术在输油气管道尤其是航油管道上的实际应用案例作了说明,在补强修复中取得了良好效果。The corrosion defects caused by third-party damage and damage to the anti-corrosion layer are the main risk factors threatening the safe operation of in-service oil pipelines.Due to the characteristics of high specific strength,high specific modulus,good adhesion performance,no open flame operation during construction,safety,efficiency,and speed,and no need for shutdown,fiberglass composite materials have been applied in the maintenance and overhaul of oil and gas pipelines.This article mainly starts with the repair principle and specific application advantages of fiberglass reinforcement technology,and elaborates on the basic principle of fiberglass reinforcement repair technology,as well as the main components of the reinforcement layer and construction points.At the same time,practical application cases of fiberglass composite material reinforcement technology in oil and gas pipelines,especially aviation oil pipelines,were explained,and good results were achieved in reinforcement and repair.
