摘　　要：本文全面解析了T/HMS 006-2023《金属锰 硒含量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》在实际检测中的应用,对该标准的适用范围、试剂、仪器、试验步骤等关键内容进行详细解析,为检测人员更好地使用该标准提供技术支持,在实际工作中更加高效地进行金属锰中硒含量的测定。T/HMS 006-2023是一项试验方法标准,适用于金属锰中0.003 0%~0.080%含量范围硒元素的检测,标准通过盐酸、硝酸混合酸体系确保金属锰种硒元素完全稳定溶解,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法实现硒元素的快速检测,相较现行检测标准GB/T 8654.6-1988硒元素检测范围为0.03%~0.31%,有效降低检测下限,更加符合YB/T 051-2023产品标准要求。标准通过6个实验室对金属锰进行共同试验,确定了标准检测方法的重复性限和再现性限。该标准的发布及实施不仅为快速检测金属锰中杂质元素提供标准检测方法,还有助于提升金属锰产品质量。This paper comprehensively analyzes the application of T/HMS 006-2023"Determination of metal manganese Selenium content by inductively coupled plasma Atomic emission Spectrometry"in practical testing,and analyzes the scope of application,reagents,instruments,test steps and other key contents of the standard in detail,so as to provide technical support for testers to better use the standard.The determination of selenium content in manganese metal is more efficient in practical work.T/HMS 006-2023 is a test method standard,which is suitable for the detection of selenium in the content range of 0.0030%~0.080%in manganese metal.The standard ensures the complete stable dissolution of manganese metal selenium through the mixed acid system of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,and adopts the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to achieve the rapid detection of selenium.Compared with the current test standard GB/T 8654.6-1988,the detection range of selenium is 0.03%~0.31%,which effectively reduces the detection limit and is more in line with the detection range required by the YB/T 051-2023 product standard.Standard The repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of the standard detection method were determined through the joint test of metal manganese in 6 laboratories.The publication and implementation of this standard not only provides a standard detection method for the rapid detection of impurity elements in manganese metal,but also helps to improve the quality of manganese metal products.
