摘 要:某超超临界2×1050MW机组真空控制系统自2015年投产,先后进行了三次技术优化。本文从分析原始设计中存在的不足之处着手,结合生产现场使用过程中发现的设备缺陷和风险隐患,依据《电力二十五项重点反事故措施》,从设备选型合理性、热工控制回路可靠性、监测仪器仪表改造、更改控制逻辑算法以及丰富测点冗余度等多个维度提出真空控制系统优化治理方案,并积极开展事故预想,分析当前运行工况下可能存在的技术盲区,分析真空控制系统进一步优化的可行性并指明方向,切实、有效提高真空控制系统可靠性。鉴于该超超临界机组三次技术改造均已落地投用,改造后效果显著,故希望能以此文为同类型电站真空控制系统的升级优化提供现场维护经验。The vacuum control system of a certain ultra supercritical 2×1050MW unit has undergone three technical optimizations since its commissioning in 2015.This paper starts with analyzing the deficiencies in the original design,combined with the equipment defects and potential risks discovered during use on the production site,and in accordance with the“Twenty-five Key Anti-accident Measures for Electric Power”,proposes an optimization and governance plan for the vacuum control system from multiple dimensions such as equipment selection rationality,thermal control loop reliability,monitoring instrument and meter transformation,changing control logic algorithms,and enriching measurement point redundancy.It actively carries out accident prediction,analyzes the possible technical blind spots under current operating conditions,analyzes the feasibility of further optimizing the vacuum control system,and points out the direction to effectively improve the reliability of the vacuum control system.Considering that the three technical renovation of the ultra supercritical unit have been implemented and put into use,and the results of the renovation are significant,it is hoped that this paper can provide on-site maintenance experience for the upgrade and optimization of vacuum control systems in similar power plants.
