质量控制点理论在工程设计质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：在国内长期的石油化工项目建设过程中,工程设计和工程施工分别形成了相对独立的行业,运行着各有特点的管理体系和质量保证体系,并延续着各自的质量管理特色和习惯做法。本文对工程设计中的质量控制进行管理创新,改进行业做法和习惯,有效引入施工质量管理中的质量控制点理论和方法,通过故障树法和专家分析法,迭代建立行之有效的设计流程图和质量控制点表单,并按照质量策划进行严格落实和检查,使设计产品质量有了显著提高,为设计质量管理提升进行了有效的理论创新和实践验证。During the long-term construction process of petrochemical projects in China,engineering design and engineering construction have respectively formed relatively independent industries.They operate management systems and quality assurance systems with their own characteristics,and continue their respective features and customary practices in quality management.This paper conducts management innovation on quality control in engineering design,improves industry practices and habits,and effectively introduces the theories and methods of quality control points in construction quality management.Through the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)method and expert analysis method,it iteratively establishes effective design flowcharts and quality control point forms,and strictly implements and inspects them in accordance with quality planning.As a result,the quality of design products has been significantly improved compared with previous projects,thus carrying out effective theoretical innovation and practical verification for the improvement of design quality management methods.
