摘  要:铸造生产中的清理打磨工序主要是去除铸件的飞边及毛刺等。目前很多中小型铸造企业,因为成本问题,无法进行更多的资金投入。在铸件清理打磨环节中,中小型铸造企业依然主要依靠人工清理打磨,自动化程度不高,存在劳动强度大、生产效率低、工作环境恶劣以及安全隐患大等问题。本文针对盘套类铸件清理设计一种去除毛刺飞边的单机设备。设备结构简单,无需大资金投入,可以有效降低工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率,对中小铸造企业的生产有很大的促进作用。The cleaning and grinding process in the casting production is mainly to remove the flash and burr of the casting.At present,many small and medium-sized casting enterprises,because of the cost problem,can not carry out more capital investment.Up to now,in the process of casting cleaning and polishing,small and medium-sized casting enterprises still mainly rely on manual cleaning and polishing,and the degree of automation is not high.There are problems such as high labor intensity,low production efficiency,bad working environment and big security risks.In this paper,a single machine for removing burr flaring is designed for cleaning disc and sleeve castings.The equipment is simple in structure and does not require large capital investment,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve production efficiency,and greatly promote the production of small and medium-sized casting enterprises.
