摘  要:针对高铬铸铁叶轮V法铸造过程中存在的缩孔、气孔等缺陷问题进行了工艺模拟与优化研究。通过数值模拟和实验研究相结合,对铸造过程中的温度场、凝固和缺陷进行了分析,揭示了缩孔缩松缺陷与铸件结构及工艺参数的关系。通过采用发热冒口和增设外冷铁,有效较低了缩孔缩松的发生。结合生产实践,最终确定了适用于高铬铸铁叶轮的V法铸造工艺参数,成功试制出合格铸件,为高铬铸铁叶轮的大规模生产提供了理论依据和技术支持。The process simulation and optimization of defects such as shrinkage and porosity in V-process casting of high chromium cast iron impeller were studied.Through numerical simulation and experimental study,the temperature field,solidification and defects in the casting process were analyzed,and the relationship between the shrinkage and porosity defects and the casting structure and process parameters was revealed.By using heating riser and adding external chiller,the occurrence of shrinkage porosity is effectively reduced.Based on the production practice,the V-process casting parameters suitable for high chromium cast iron impellers were finally determined,and qualified castings were successfully produced,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for mass production of high chromium cast iron impellers.
