摘 要:通过对不同碳当量E级钢试棒热处理后力学性能进行对比分析,并对E级钢的化学成分和碳当量进行调整和力学性能测试,研究碳当量对E级钢热处理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当E级钢碳当量CE值在0.65以下时,经调质处理后,其屈服强度和抗拉强度很难满足标准要求;当碳当量CE值在0.68~0.70范围内时,可以有效保证热处理性能的稳定性;在生产实践中对E级钢C、Si、Mn元素含量进行调整,热处理后获得较好的强韧性配合,可以有效保证E级钢车钩产品的疲劳寿命。The influence of carbon equivalent on the mechanical properties of Grade E steel after heat treatment was studied by analyzing the mechanical properties of E Grade steel after heat treatment.The test results show that when the carbon equivalent CE value of Grade E steel is below 0.65,the yield strength and tensile strength can hardly meet the standard requirements after tempering treatment.When the carbon equivalent CE value is in the range of 0.68~0.70,the stability of heat treatment performance can be effectively guaranteed.In the production practice,the content of C,Si and Mn elements of E Grade steel is adjusted,and better strength and toughness coordination is obtained after heat treatment,which can effectively ensure the fatigue life of Grade E steel coupler products.
