摘  要:介绍了炉料配比对X型气缸盖铸件显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高回炉料比例和加入起熔块可以增加铸件石墨长度,降低铸件本体抗拉强度;加入生铁,增加铸件铁素体含量,使石墨粗大,降低铸件的本体抗拉强度和硬度;使用高温搅拌工艺可以加快生铁中的初生石墨熔化速度,减少生铁中粗大石墨遗传性的影响。The effect of charge ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of X-type cylinder head castings is introduced.The results show that the graphite length of castings can be increased and the tensile strength of castings can be reduced by increasing the ratio of recharging charge and adding frit.Add pig iron,increase the ferrite content of casting,make the graphite coarse,reduce the tensile strength and hardness of casting;The use of high temperature stirring process can speed up the melting speed of primary graphite in pig iron and reduce the influence of coarse graphite heredity in pig iron.
