摘 要:随着科技的飞速发展,材料冶金技术处于持续迭代更新之中,在培养冶金类研究生过程中,持续学习和创新能力的培养方面离不开思政教育。本文以材料冶金学科研究生为例,深入探讨思政教育在专业人才培养中的角色与实践。通过实际案例讲授、学科交叉知识整合、个性化教学策略,探讨思政元素融入策略与实践路径。将思政教育与专业技能培养结合,培养学生创新思维与社会责任感,明确课程思政在综合素质目标培养中的作用,提出改进方向与措施,并基于教学反馈进行评价与展望,为高等教育改革提供借鉴,助力培养复合型人才。With the rapid development of science and technology,material metallurgy technology is in continuous iteration and update,in the process of training metallurgy graduate students,the cultivation of continuous learning ability and innovation ability cannot be separated from ideological and political education.This paper takes the postgraduate students of materials metallurgy as an example to deeply explore the role and practice of ideological and political education in professional personnel training.Through practical case teaching,interdisciplinary knowledge integration,personalized teaching strategies,to explore the ideological and political elements into the strategy and practice path.By combining ideological and political education with professional skills training,students can develop innovative thinking and social responsibility,clarify the role of curriculum ideological and political education in the cultivation of comprehensive quality objectives,propose improvement directions and measures,and evaluate and prospect based on teaching feedback,so as to provide reference for higher education reform and help cultivate compound talents.
