摘　　要：新质生产力理论是习近平经济思想的最新理论成果,是对马克思主义生产力理论的继承与创新。《1861—1863年经济学手稿》中关于科学技术、生产力理论以及未来社会经济关系的论述,是马克思主义生产力理论的重要组成部分,深入研究其中的科学技术思想和生产力思想,对于准确把握新质生产力理论的生成逻辑、本质内涵,全面理解新质生产力的价值意蕴具有重要意义。The new quality productivity theory is the latest theoretical achievement of Xi Jinping's economic thought,and the inheritance and innovation of Marxist productivity theory.The discourse on science and technology,productivity theory,and future socio-economic relations in Marx's"Economic Manuscripts from 1861 to 1863"is an important component of Marxist productivity theory.In depth study of the scientific and technological ideas and productivity ideas in the"Manuscripts"is of great significance for accurately grasping the generation logic and essential connotation of the theory of new quality productivity,and comprehensively understanding the value implications of new quality productivity.
