摘  要:为提升超大直径螺旋埋弧焊管成型器装备水平,改善超大成型角、超大直径、超大径厚比螺旋埋弧焊管管径控制能力,分析了现有外控式八辊成型器结构设计的不足,提出了成型器结构改进方案以及钢管调型和管径控制方法。结果表明,通过加装外控辅助辊装置,完善和提升了成型器工艺能力,解决了超大直径螺旋焊管调型和生产难题。螺旋埋弧焊管十辊成型器的技术改造,能够从根本上消除超大直径螺旋埋弧焊管管径不稳定因素。In order to improve the equipment level of ultra⁃large diameter SSAW pipe form machine,and improve the diameter control ability of ultra⁃large forming angle,ultra⁃large diameter and ultra⁃large diameter to thickness ratio of SSAW pipe,the deficiency of the existing external control eight⁃roll form structure design were analyzed,and the improvement scheme of form structure and the control method of steel pipe form adjustment and pipe diameter were proposed.The results show that the process capacity of the form machine is improved and improved by installing the external control auxiliary roller device,and the difficult problems of form adjustment and production of the ultra⁃large diameter SSAW pipe are solved.The technical transformation of the ten⁃roll form machine for the SSAW pipe can fundamentally eliminate the unstable factor of the diameter of the ultra⁃large diameter SSAW pipe.
