表层套管螺纹粘扣原因分析及应对措施

摘  要:为了解决表层套管使用过程中螺纹粘扣造成整口井报废的问题,通过对不同螺纹类型、钢级、外径和壁厚的表层套管进行上卸扣对比试验,分别从螺纹质量、拧紧扭矩及拧紧速度、接箍磷化膜质量、螺纹脂质量等方面分析了表层套管螺纹粘扣的产生原因。结果表明,影响表层套管螺纹粘扣的主要原因为拧紧过程中内外螺纹过盈量大,接触点磨损程度大,引起螺纹损伤。最终,针对粘扣原因提出了降低表层套管螺纹粘扣的应对措施。In order to solve the problem that thread bonding causes the whole well to be damaged during the use of surface casing,the causes of thread gluing are analyzed from the aspects of thread quality,tightening torque and tightening speed,coupling phosphating film quality and thread grease quality by comparison tests of surface casing with different thread types,steel grades,outer diameters and wall thicknesses.The results show that the main reasons affecting the thread gluing of the surface casing thread are the large interference of the internal and external threads and the large wear degree of the contact points during the tightening process,resulting in thread damage.Finally,the countermeasures to reduce the thread gluing of the surface casing thread are put forward.
