摘 要:为了保证沙漠公路的建设质量,提高其运营水平,总结了沙漠风积沙路基的压实机理,以S215线三岔口至莎车高速公路为例,制定了压实标准,利用颗粒分析试验和击实试验研究了风积沙路基的填料特性,发现风积沙在含水量较低或较高时的干密度达到峰值,具有明显的干压实和湿压实特性;利用有限元软件建立计算模型,计算了沙漠路基在不同压实遍数和压实厚度的沉降量,优化了压实参数;同时,从压实前准备(测量放样、原地表处理、摊铺)、压实方法、压实速度等方面阐释了沙漠路基的质量控制措施,并基于手持落锤弯沉仪(PFWD)对路基的压实质量进行检测,发现上路床各个测点的压实度均大于96%,满足规范要求,这说明沙漠路基的压实及质量控制方法是可行的。In order to ensure the construction quality of desert highways and improve their operational level,the compaction mechanism of desert aeolian sand subgrade was summarized.Taking the S215 line the Sanchakou to Shache Expressway as the research object,compaction standards were formulated,and the filling characteristics of aeolian sand subgrade were studied using particle analysis and compaction tests.It was found that the dry density of aeolian sand reached its peak when the moisture content was low or high,and it had obvious dry and wet compaction characteristics;A calculation model was established using finite element software to calculate the settlement of desert roadbeds under different compaction passes and thicknesses,and the compaction parameters were optimized;At the same time,the quality control measures for desert subgrade were explained from the aspects of compaction preparation(measurement and layout,in-situ surface treatment,paving),compaction method,compaction speed,etc.The compaction quality of the subgrade was tested based on the Portable Falling Weight Deflectometer(PFWD),and it was found that the compaction degree of each measuring point on the subgrade was greater than 96%,which met the specification requirements.This indicates that the compaction and quality control methods for desert subgrade are feasible.
