摘 要:针对瑶田路跨铁路桥段复杂的施工环境与安全管理需求,提出了一系列施工技术与安全管理措施。基于桥梁的结构特点与地质条件,采用了旋挖钻孔技术、自动化钢箱梁吊装以及合拢段对称平衡浇筑等新工艺,优化了桩基施工和钢箱梁吊装的精度控制,桩基成孔垂直度误差控制在±1%,钢箱梁吊装误差控制在±2 mm以内。同时,建立了实时监控系统与风险评估模型,全面评估高空作业与大型设备运行的安全风险,形成了有效的防控机制,减少了施工风险,进一步提升了跨铁路桥段施工的技术水平与安全性。A series of construction technology and safety management measures are proposed for the complex construction environment and safety management requirements of Yaotian Road Bridge over railway.Based on the structural characteristics and geological conditions of the bridge,rotary drilling technology,automated steel box girder lifting and symmetrical balanced pouring of the merging section are adopted to optimize the precision control of pile foundation construction and steel box girder lifting,with the verticality error of the pile foundation being controlled within±1%,and that of the steel box girder lifting being controlled within±2 mm.At the same time,a real-time monitoring system and risk assessment model were established to comprehensively assess the safety risks of overhead work and large-scale equipment operation,forming an effective prevention and control mechanism,reducing the construction risks,and further improving the technical level and safety of the construction of the cross-line railroad bridge section.
