摘 要:混合立管系统连接FPSO是超深水采油的重要方式。针对超深水混合立管系统,考虑软管、浮筒和立管的相互作用,建立整个系统的有限元模型,计算混合立管系统的静态位移构型和张力、弯矩,揭示混合立管的位移和张力、弯矩的分布规律。结果表明:软管在静水中达到静力平衡时,面内偏移量最大,垂向偏移量次之,受重力和浮力作用影响,构型与空气中差异较大;软管与FPSO连接处的张力最大,与浮筒连接位置的张力次之,弯矩极值在软管中部;混合立管系统最大张力位于立管与浮筒连接处,系统弯矩极值在立管底部。A hybrid riser system connected to FPSO is an important oil production method in ultra-deep water areas.In this study,the interaction of the hose,buoyancy can,and steel riser were considered to establish the finite element model of the whole system.The static displacement configuration and internal force of the hybrid riser system were calculated,and the distribution law of displacement,tension,and bending moment of the hybrid riser was revealed.The results show that when the hose reaches static equilibrium in still water,the inplane offset is the largest,followed by the Z-direction offset.Influenced by gravity and buoyancy,the configuration of the hose is different from that in the air.The tension between the hose and the FPSO reaches its maximum,and the one between the hose and the float takes second place,while the bending moment has its extremum in the middle of the hose.The maximum tension of the hybrid riser system is at the junction between the riser and the buoyancy can,while the bending moment of the system is at the bottom of the riser.
