摘 要:在导管架建造国际项目中通常将工程分解为精细程度不同的工作包,进行工作量、图纸信息、物料信息等数据的数字化管理以提高效能。从设计阶段、采购阶段、建造阶段逐一入手,通过作业项的识别和分解,进行生产需求与生产资源的匹配,组成高级工作包;并以因子分析法、稳定匹配算法为核心,采用MATLAB创建工作包,对设计资料、采购物料和施工作业进行有效管理。依托某北美导管架建造项目的工程实践表明,高级工作包管理模式能有效识别需求和资源矛盾,合理配置生产资源,确保多模块并行,减少生产负荷波动对生产线的影响,降低综合生产成本。The international jacket project is split into several work packages by precision,and data including workload,technical information,and material information are managed digitally to improve construction efficiency.In light of the design phase,procurement phase,and construction phase,the task is identified and broken down so that the production demand and production resources are matched to form an advanced work package.With factor analysis and stable matching algorithm as the focus,MATLAB is employed for advanced work package creation to manage design,procurement,and construction.Based on the North American Marine Terminal Jacket project,the advanced work package management can effectively identify the contradiction between demand and resources,rationally allocate production resources,ensure the parallel of multiple modules,reduce the impact of production load fluctuations on the production line,and cut down the comprehensive production cost.
