摘　　要：为了应对当前市面上滑板服装在防护性方面的不足,并强化滑板运动员在运动中的安全保护,文章致力于开展防护功能性滑板服的设计和研究。首先,通过详尽的问卷调查,深入分析了滑板运动中的关键技巧动作及运动员易受伤的部位。基于这些数据,设计围绕机能防护、运动舒适性和个性展现三个核心要素展开,重点为手肘、背部、臀部和膝盖设计了可拆卸式的防护装置。同时,为了提高穿着者的舒适度,采用了舒适透气的面料,并在裤装的结构设计上增强了整体灵活性。在材料选择方面,文章采用了LS-DYNA仿真程序对不同的防护材料进行了详细的模拟测试。经过严格的仿真实验,成功筛选出了在防护减震吸能效果上最为优异的材料。最后,通过对实际制作的防护滑板服装进行舒适性真人穿着评测,综合考量了防护性能和穿着舒适性,得出了科学严谨、功能性优异的滑板服设计方案。文章的成果不仅在滑板服装设计上提供了新的视角,还通过实验验证了设计的实用性和有效性,为未来滑板运动的防护装备设计提供了重要的参考。To address the current deficiencies in the protective aspects of skateboard apparel available on the market,and to enhance the safety of skateboarders during their activity,this study is dedicated to the design and research of protective functional skateboard clothing.Initially,through comprehensive questionnaire surveys,we conducted an in-depth analysis of the key skills and movements in skateboarding,as well as the areas where athletes are most prone to injuries.Based on these data,our design revolves around three core elements:functional protection,comfort during movement,and personal expression.Special emphasis was placed on designing removable protective devices for the elbows,back,buttocks,and knees.Moreover,to enhance the wearer's comfort,we utilized breathable,comfortable fabrics and enhanced the overall flexibility in the design of the trousers.In terms of material selection,this study employed the LS-DYNA simulation program for detailed testing and simulation of various protective materials.Through rigorous simulation experiments,we successfully identified materials with superior protective,shock-absorbing,and energy-absorbing effects.Finally,by conducting comfort evaluations on actual skateboard protective clothing with human wear tests,we took into consideration both protective performance and wearing comfort,which lead to a scientifically rigorous and functionally superior skateboard clothing design scheme.The outcomes of this research not only provide a new perspective in skateboard apparel design,but also empirically validate the practicality and effectiveness of the design,offering significant references for the future design of protective gear in skateboarding.
