摘 要:在断路器防跳试验中发现防跳继电器无法自动复归问题。分析该断路器控制回路图,并对防跳继电器进行试验,发现断路器防跳回路中存在异常。由于断路器防跳继电器两组触点并不是同时返回,使合闸脉冲消失后防跳继电器无法正确复归,从而断路器无法正确动作。提出并实现了该断路器防跳回路改造方案,改造后对断路器进行了多次防跳试验,断路器均正确动作,保障了设备安全可靠运行。The problem of failure to automatically reset the anti-jump relay was found during the circuit breaker antijump test.The control diagram of the circuit breaker was analyzed,and tests were conducted on the anti-jump relay,revealing abnormalities in the circuit breaker's anti-jump circuit.Since two sets of contacts in the circuit breaker's antijump relay do not return simultaneously,the anti-jump relay cannot correctly reset after the closing pulse disappears,preventing the circuit breaker from functioning correctly.A modification plan for the circuit breaker's anti-jump circuit was proposed and implemented.After the modification,the circuit breaker multiple anti-jump tests,and it functioned correctly each time,ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
