摘　　要：文旅融合发展不仅能将乡村特色文化传播出去,增强旅游产业的吸引力,还能带动当地经济,保护和传承乡村历史文化,提升居民生活品质。文旅融合发展在实施过程中面临诸多挑战,如整体规划不充分、资金投入不足、资源融合不明显、推广力度不够和人才短缺等。为应对这些挑战,需要加大投入助力文旅发展,整合资源推动深度融合,制定营销策略加强推广宣传,并完善机制加强人才培养。未来,乡村文旅发展将呈现多元化、年轻化、个性化、生态化、智能化和社区化等趋势,因此加强政企合作,以共同推动乡村旅游的发展。The integrated development of culture and tourism can not only spread the characteristic culture of the countryside and enhance the attractiveness of the tourism industry,but also drive the local economy,protect and pass on the history and culture of the countryside,and improve the quality of life of the residents.However,the integrated development of culture and tourism faces many challenges in the process of its implementation,such as insufficient overall planning,inadequate capital investment,inconspicuous integration of resources,insufficient promotion and shortage of talents.To meet these challenges,it is necessary to increase investment to help the development of cultural tourism,integrate resources to promote in-depth integration,develop marketing strategies to strengthen the promotion of publicity,and improve the mechanism to strengthen the training of talents.In the future,the development of rural culture and tourism will show trends of diversification,youthfulness,personalization,ecology,intelligence and community,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprises in order to jointly promote the development of rural tourism.
