摘  要:重视学生创新意识的培养,既是学生个人发展的需要,也是行业发展的需要,更是实现高质量发展的时代要求。食品市场营销课程是高职食品专业的拓展课程,将创新意识培养融入课程教学,可以激发学生学习兴趣,加强行业认知,提高动手能力。在课程教学中根据专业特点,重构教学内容,结合学情特点,创新教学方法,着眼行业发展,优化实践环节,同时强化课程思政,完善评价体系,从而提升学生综合素养。Emphasizing the cultivation of students innovative consciousness is not only a necessity for individual development,but also the need for industry development,and a requirement of the era for achieving high-quality development.The course on food marketing is a specialized extension for vocational college students majoring in food science.Integrating the cultivation of innovative consciousness into the curriculum can stimulate students interest in learning,enhance their understanding of the industry,and improve their practical skills.The course,tailored to the characteristics of the major,reconstructs the teaching content,integrates the unique features of student learning,innovates teaching methods,focuses on industry development,optimizes practical components,and simultaneously strengthens ideological and political education within the curriculum,and improves the evaluation system,thereby enhancing the comprehensive quality of students.
