摘  要:本文通过实验研究了不同镁含量的球团矿和烧结矿的物理性能、冶金性能的变化规律,力求将烧结矿中部分MgO转移到球团矿中。结果显示,随着球团矿中MgO含量的升高和烧结矿中MgO含量的降低,球团矿的还原性及软熔性得到了明显改善,烧结矿的转鼓强度及还原性也有了显著提升。利用高温交互反应特性对高炉炉料结构进行优化,镁转移后的炉料结构软化开始温度有明显提高,软化区间变窄,5分钟滴落质量明显增加,总特性值(S)有所降低。该工艺成功实施后,高炉焦比由380kg/t铁降至370kg/t铁,煤比由135kg/t铁提高到145kg/t铁,2000m^(3)高炉利用系数达到2.9t/m^(3)·d。The changes in physical properties,metallurgical properties of the pellets and sinter were investigated with different magnesium contents through experiments in this article,aiming to transfer some MgO from sinter to pellets.The results showed that with the increase of MgO content in pellets and the decrease of MgO content in sinter,the reducibility and soft melting of pellets were significantly improved,and the drum strength and reducibility of sinter were also significantly improved.At the same time,by utilizing the high-temperature interactive reaction characteristics,the structure of the blast furnace burden was optimized.The starting temperature of the softening of the burden structure after magnesium transfer was significantly increased,the softening range became narrower,the dripping mass increased significantly after 5 minutes,and the total characteristic value(S)decreased.After the successful apply of the process,the coke ratio of the blast furnace was reduced from 380 kg/t to 370 kg/t,the coal ratio was increased from 135 kg/t iron to 145 kg/t iron,and the utilization coefficient of 2000m^(3)blast furnace reached 2.9 t/m^(3)·d.
