摘  要:通过物理模拟研究了无取向硅钢连铸过程中换包时间、拉速和湍流抑制器等参数对中间包内渣相运动过程和上表面处裸露行为的影响。同时研究了大包下渣对中间包内卷渣行为的影响。研究结果表明:未采用湍流抑制器时,在液位上涨时间为69 s条件下,换包过程中间包冲击区内发生严重的卷渣现象,随着液位上涨时间增大,冲击区内卷渣现象减弱,同时冲击区上表面处存在部分区域发生裸露,在此条件下中间包内容易发生二次氧化;随着拉速增大,换包过程中冲击区内油相的卷入增加,不利于钢水洁净度的控制;设置湍流抑制器明显降低了换包过程中冲击区内油相的卷入和上表面处的裸露区域面积,对比可知,在中间包冲击区底部应设置湍流抑制器且换包过程中液位上涨时间需要控制在180 s以上。根据大包下渣实验结果可知,湍流抑制器的设置仅能减缓渣相的卷入和乳化,并不能完全消除下渣对钢水洁净度的影响,卷入的渣相很可能成为外来夹杂物的来源,在实际浇注过程中需要严格控制浇注末期大包下渣。Physical modeling was employed to investigate the effects of ladle change time,casting speed,and turbulence inhibitor on slag movement and exposure behavior in a tundish during continuous casting of non-oriented silicon steels.The effect of the slag carry-over on slag entrainment in the tundish was also studied.Results show that there was a serious slag entrainment phenomenon in the impact zone during ladle change when the refilling time was 69 s and the turbulence inhibitor was not used.As the refilling time increased,the slag entrainment phenomenon was lowered and part of the top surface of the impact zone was exposed,indicating that reoxidation easily occurred under the current conditions.Increasing the casting speed increased the amount of entrained oil phase in the impact zone during ladle change.It would decrease the steel cleanliness.The installation of the turbulence inhibitor significantly decreased the amount of entrained oil phase and the exposed area in the impact zone during ladle change.It was suggested that the turbulence inhibitor should be used in the impact zone and the refilling time was larger than 180 s.According to the slag carry-over experiments,the adverse effect of the slag carry-over on the steel cleanliness could not be completely eliminated using the turbulence inhibitor and it could only diminish the slag entrainment and emulsification.The entrained slag might be a source of exogenous inclusions in the final product.Therefore,the slag carry-over from the teeming ladle should be strictly controlled during the actual casting process.
