摘  要:利用北营1780热轧机组设备改造和控制系统升级的优势,开发了中低牌号无取向硅钢热轧基料供板材冷轧工序生产。随着产量任务的提高,冷轧工序出现大量的孔洞缺陷,造成切损量巨大,严重影响成材率。对缺陷取样检验、热轧卷开卷、跟踪对比热轧表检仪、研究设备影响因素,确认缺陷来源,采取了包括更改精轧、卷取导尺衬板材质、更改导尺控制模式并降低压力、优化精轧机上下游导尺开口度、优化精轧机带钢纠偏等措施,使孔洞降级率由原来的19.46%,下降到1.65%,大幅度提高了成材率。Taking advantage of the equipment renovation and control system upgrade of the Beiying 1780 hot rolling unit,we have developed a production process for cold rolling of low and medium grade non oriented silicon steel hot rolling base materials for sheet metal.With the stability of the production process and the increase of output tasks,a large number of hole defects appear in the cold rolling process,causing huge cutting losses and seriously affecting the yield rate.Measures were taken to sample and inspect defects,uncoiler hot-rolled coils,track and compare hot-rolled gauges,and study equipment influencing factors to confirm the source of defects.These measures included changing the material of the guide strip lining for precision rolling and coiling,changing the guide strip control mode and reducing pressure,optimizing the opening degree of the guide strip upstream and downstream of the precision rolling mill,and optimizing the strip centering in finishing mill stands.As a result,the degradation rate of holes was reduced from 19.46%to 1.65%,significantly improving the yield rate.
