摘  要:针对某钢厂冷轧无取向硅钢产品升级,生产过程中出现板形变差,一中间辊过钢量减少的问题,通过对产品板形不良原因分析,认为主要原因是一中间辊锥形段过度磨损,导致森吉米尔轧机一中间辊使用过程中出现过钢量减少。In view of the upgrading of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel products in a steel mill,the problem of plate deformation deformation and the reduction of the amount of steel in the middle roll in the production process,through the analysis of the reasons for the poor plate shape of the product,it is believed that the main reason is the excessive wear of the conical section of the intermediate roll,which leads to the reduction of the amount of steel in the use of the intermediate roll of the Sendzimir rolling mill.
