摘　　要：海洋经济作为全球经济的新增长点,对国家发展具有战略意义。全球海洋经济呈现出快速增长的态势,尤其是中国海洋经济在政策推动下实现显著增长,并在海洋科技创新、绿色发展等方面展现出新趋势。然而,海洋经济发展面临资金缺口,亟需金融方面的支持。本文指出了中国海洋金融发展中存在的问题,如金融标准体系不完善、政策激励不足等,并提出了完善海洋经济信贷支持体系、成立国家海洋信托基金和产业引导基金、发展海洋保险和挖掘海洋碳汇潜力等建议。本文的研究不仅为中国海洋经济发展提供了理论和政策支持,也为全球海洋经济的可持续发展提供了参考。加强金融支持和创新,可以有效促进海洋经济健康发展,提升国家在全球海洋经济中的竞争力和影响力。The marine economy,as a new growth point in the global economy,holds strategic significance for national development.The global marine economy has shown rapid growth,especially China's marine economy has realized remarkable growth under the impetus of policies and shown new trends in marine science and technology innovation,green development and other aspects.However,the development of the marine economy faces a fund⁃ing gap that urgently requires financial support.This paper identifies issues in the development of China's marine finance,such as an incomplete financial standard system and insufficient policy incentives,and proposes recom⁃mendations including improving the credit support system for the marine economy,establishing a national marine trust fund and industrial guidance fund,developing marine insurance,and exploring the potential of marine carbon sinks.The research not only provides theoretical support and policy guidance for the development of China's ma⁃rine economy,but also offers references for the sustainable development of the global marine economy.By strengthening financial support and innovation,it can effectively promote the healthy growth of the marine econo⁃my and enhance the country's competitiveness and influence in the global marine economy.
