关于省级全面小康志篇目设置的思考——以浙江省的探索为例

摘　　要：省级全面小康志篇目设置需准确界定小康、全面小康、高水平全面小康、全面小康志的概念和内涵,厘清发展历程;遵循实事求是、与时俱进、科学合理、彰显特色等篇目设置基本原则;确定篇目设置的主要依据和具体范围等等。《浙江省全面小康志》篇目设置以《中国的全面小康》白皮书和《浙江省国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》以及小康社会指标体系为主要依据,突出“高水平”和“全面”两大关键词,明确高水平全面小康志需记内容,彰显高水平全面小康志特色,为设置具有时代特征和地方特色的省级小康志篇目做出初步探索和有益尝试。The section setup for provincial comprehensive well-off chronicles requires accurate definition of the concepts and connotations of well-off, comprehensive well-off, high-level comprehensive well-off, and comprehensive well-off local records, as well as clarifying the development process;It should adhere to the basic principles of seeking truth from facts, keeping pace with the times, scientific rationality, and highlighting characteristics in the setting of articles;Follow the main criteria and specific scope for determining the content setting.The section setup of " Zhejiang Comprehensive Well off Society Local Records " is mainly based on the white paper "China's Comprehensive Well off" and the "Outline of the 13th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Zhejiang Province", as well as the indicator system of a moderately prosperous society, It emphasizes the two key words "high-level" and "comprehensive," clarifies the content that needs to be recorded in the high-level comprehensive well-off chronicle, and highlights its unique features.Preliminary exploration and beneficial attempts have been made to set up provincial-level the comprehensive well-off society local records with characteristics of the times and local features.
