摘 要:文章基于用户数字素养差异视角构建国家公共文化云平台用户接受意愿影响因素模型,并分析各因素的影响机理。研究结果显示,数字素养、感知有用性、感知安全性及自我效能显著正向影响国家公共文化云平台用户接受意愿,感知易用性对用户接受意愿影响不显著,数字素养显著正向影响感知有用性、感知易用性、感知安全性及自我效能。同时,不同数字素养水平用户对国家公共文化云平台的接受意愿存在显著差异,高水平数字素养用户更易接受国家公共文化云平台,中低水平数字素养用户接受意愿无显著差异。据此提出增强国家公共文化云平台用户接受意愿的策略。The article constructs an influencing factors model of users'intention to accept of the national public culture cloud platform based on perspective of user digital literacy differences,and analyses their impact mechanism.The research results show that digital literacy,perceived usefulness,perceived security,and self-efficacy significantly positively affects the acceptance willingness of users on the national public culture cloud platform.Perceived ease of use has no significant impact on user acceptance intention,digital literacy has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived security and self-efficacy.And there are significant differences in the intention of users with different levels of digital literacy to accept the national public culture cloud platform.High level digital literacy users are more likely to accept the national public culture cloud platform,while there is no significant difference in the intention of users with low and medium levels of digital literacy to accept it.Based on this,measures are proposed to enhance the intention of users to accept the national public culture cloud platform.
