摘　　要：[目的]DC04冷轧板表面状态对氟锆酸盐−硅烷膜的连续性及完整性有影响,进而影响电泳漆膜的耐蚀性。[方法]采用表面粗糙度仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)考察了冷轧板表面状态对氟锆酸盐−硅烷膜品质的影响。通过中性盐雾(NSS)试验测试了不同冷轧板表面状态下电泳漆板的耐蚀性。[结果]DC04冷轧板表面存在大量凹坑与凸起,凹坑分布均匀,部分凸起处有轧痕印记。DC04冷轧板经氟锆酸盐−硅烷处理后表面算术平均粗糙度(Ra)和峰值密度(RPc)变化不大,说明转化膜对基体表面凹坑无填充作用。氟锆酸盐−硅烷膜连续的区域由大小不等的颗粒组成,而不连续的区域存在氧化铝、氧化铁等夹杂物,导致电泳漆板经NSS试验1000 h后表面出现起泡。[结论]氟锆酸盐−硅烷复合转化处理对DC04冷轧板表面状态要求较高,应该从冶炼、板坯加热、轧制、取样等方面进行全流程管控,提高其表面品质。[Introduction]The surface state of DC04 cold-rolled steel sheet affects the continuity and integrity of fluorozirconate-silane composite conversion coating,which in turn affecting the corrosion resistance of electro�coating on it.[Method]The effect of surface state of cold-rolled steel sheet on the quality of fluorozirconate-silane composite conversion coating was studied using surface roughness meter,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The corrosion resistance of electrocoatings on cold-rolled steel sheets with different surface states was examined by neutral salt spray(NSS)test.[Result]There were many uniformly distributed pits and bumps with roll marks on the surface of DC04 cold-rolled steel sheet.The arithmetic mean roughness(Ra)and peak count(RPc)of the steel sheet surface changed little after fluorozirconate-silane conversion treatment,indicating that the conversion film did not fill the pits on the substrate surface.The continuous parts of the fluorozirconate-silane conversion coating were composed of particles with different sizes,while the discontinuous parts contained impurities such as alumina and iron oxide,leading to blistering of electrocoating after 1000 hours of NSS test.[Conclusion]Fluorozirconate-silane composite conversion treatment requires high surface quality of DC04 cold-rolled steel sheet.It is necessary to control the entire processes i.e.smelting,preheating,rolling,and sampling to improve its surface quality.
