摘 要:从当前我国的建筑情况来看,我国的建筑能耗占社会总体能耗的1/3,为了践行低碳、环保、绿色理念,进行建筑能耗分析与节能设计是很有必要的。采用系统分析法、经验总结法等,通过传统和BIM技术能耗分析的方式,分析了基于BIM技术的建筑能耗可持续性,并以此探索了基于BIM技术的建筑能耗分析与节能设计方向,重点分析了辅助建筑朝向、辅助建筑形体选择并模拟了采光、声音和热环境。随后,进一步分析了基于BIM技术的建筑能耗分析与节能设计流程,并从集成化设计、协同设计、参数设计、选择节能玻璃和可视化设计的角度,探索基于BIM技术的建筑能耗分析与节能设计实际应用。最终得出结论,BIM技术能够有效节能,减少建筑能耗,BIM技术的应用价值明显、实用意义突出。Judging from the current construction situation in my country,my country's building energy consumption accounts for 1/3 of the total energy consumption of society.In order to practice the concepts of low carbon,environmental protection and green,it is necessary to conduct building energy consumption analysis and energy saving design.Using systematic analysis method,experience summary method,etc.,the sustainability of building energy consumption based on BIM technology is analyzed through traditional and BIM technology energy consumption analysis methods,and based on this,the building energy consumption analysis and energy saving design direction based on BIM technology are explored,focusing on analyzing the orientation of the auxiliary building,the selection of auxiliary building shapes,and simulating the lighting,sound and thermal environment.Subsequently,the building energy consumption analysis and energy saving design process based on BIM technology was further analyzed,and building energy consumption analysis and energy saving design based on BIM technology were explored from the perspectives of integrated design,collaborative design,parameter design,selection of energy saving glass and visual design.Practical application of design.It was finally concluded that BIM technology can effectively save energy and reduce building energy consumption.BIM technology has obvious application value and outstanding practical significance.
